Enable scripting in Internet Explorer®

Enable scripting in Internet ExplorerIf you are a Windows Internet Explorer user and your work involves videos and graphics, you would want the best picture quality for obvious reasons. This is possible with the aid of enabling scripting in Internet Explorer browser. By using JavaScript, you can view videos and other images with high-quality graphics on your browser. The images will appear crystal clear giving you an enhanced browsing experience.

Java is present in web browsers and many modern digital devices, like video games and Blu-ray discs. Its benefits include support for different browsers, data validation, fast to download effects, and the ability to create refined user interfaces. Moreover, you don’t need any extra tool to write JavaScript, any plain text or HTML editor can suffice. It’s also an easy language to learn with lots of related help available online.

The disadvantages of JavaScript, as with most web development, are almost entirely related to browser compatibility.

With all that background knowledge, you are now ready to enable scripting in all versions of Internet Explorer browser except Pocket Internet Explorer. Just follow the guidelines sequentially for the purpose:

Go to the Tools menu and click Internet Options. Thereafter, click the Security tab. Then, click the Internet zone. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

However, if you have to customize your Internet security settings, click Custom Level. In the Security Settings – Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.
