Mizwhiz is a cool site. I have no complaints under iyogi complaint form rather want to thumbs up for Mizwhiz as it gives me different range of options to surf under one roof. All the sections are very interesting and keep me engrossed. Most importantly it has featured articles under education tools, health and tech section those are equally interesting for all the age group of people.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again- I like the manner in which Mizwhiz has been structured. It has informative articles on a variety of topics, such as education, shopping, etc. There was no need to use the iYogi complaint form since I had nothing to complain about.

I am really impressed by the iYogi Complaints form. Being a customer of iYogi, now I can put down any complaint I have against the company on the form. Not that they have given me any chance to complain, but what they are doing deserves praise. The form is being used by the company to narrow down the gap between the company and its customers. The introduction of the complaints form also makes it evidently clear that iYogi wants to provide its customers a strong platform where they can express their feelings, good or bad, and demand quality services from the company, i.e., the company is not shying away from its responsibilities. Long live iYogi!

I can say with conviction that not many companies have a complaint form, they are mostly feedback forms. Most companies do not prefer to use the word ‘Complaint form’, because they are not very sure about themselves and the services they offer. This is not the case with iYogi who has enough confidence in its abilities and credentials. The introduction of the iYogi complaints form also seems to suggest that iYogi is serious about knowing what the customer thinks about the services it offers and is keen on fixing any existing issues. It feels good being a customer of such a caring company.

I believe that the complaints form will help to reduce the gap between the company and its customers. With its introduction, customers, like me, feel empowered and wanted. A company is rated by people not just by the kind of revenue the company is generating or the number of employees it has, but also by the kind of services it delivers and how it reacts to customer complaints, whether it checks with the customer, etc. The relationship between the customer and the company is not confined to a few intimate moments, but there must be room for frequent interactions so that customers get a good hearing. With the iYogi complaints form being introduced; this aspect is soundly addressed by the company.

I have been using iYogi services for more than one year now but I don’t have any complaint against it. Yet, the launch of the iYogi complaints form makes me feel wanted. The thing is, with the coming into life of the form, there will be a fixed set of people to deal with these complaints. Consequently, each complaint can be analyzed properly to see whether it can be rectified or not. The complaints form can also help in removing a lot of ambiguity, and can introduce transparency. That is what I feel! Also, there are a set of people who like to write down their experience rather than keep trying to get in touch with the technician over the phone after trying a number of times. This set of people will appreciate the form greatly. Thanks iYogi for giving customers the center stage.

The interest of the customer should be the driving force behind the policies and strategies adopted by service providers. I think that iyogi deserves compliments for launching the iyogi complaints form as it is primarily aimed at the customers. Issue resolution should become a more straight forward process and it should also bring more transparency. And if what the company is projecting, better services, customers can brace themselves up for some terrific days ahead.

Mizwhiz is doing a great job so far publishing insightful articles on computers and its peripherals. It has almost become a part of my learning process; the categories listed in the site, more or less, cover what I need to know. I was a little surprised, though, when I saw the iyogi complaints form here for the first time. I can see why iyogi is going ahead with it. Good luck to them.

I have used the Iyogi complaint form to get a refund which got stuck for some reasons. It was fast and uncomplicated. In fact they got in touch with me almost immediately after I posted my complaint and the customer service team was excellent. I am impressed at the professional way they handled the case.

Most of the top companies today have a feedback form to go with other customer care options. The best scenario will be when customers realize what a complaints or feedback form, whatever you call it, can do for them. We would need an active customer base to get things done that conform to the minimum service standards. iYogi complaints form does present us an opportunity.

remote tech support is still at a nascent stage with new ideas and process brewing every day,,, if customers are not the beneficiaries of such developments, they may feel left out….. in this context the iyogi complaints form is important. decision makers at iyogi can get glimpses of what customers want through the iyogi complaints form. The interesting part, to me, is how iyogi combines user feedback and available resources to provide customers the kind of services they deserve!!!!!!!!!!
