    The iyogi reviews have been a good read, especially I like the way it goes about explaining startup issues. I had my own run with startup issues when my system was badly infected by viruses and got almost screwed up. I then took my system to the repair shop, but they would tell me that my operating system is damaged, that there are important files missing and what not. I was handed a huge bill, at the end of the diagnostic session, which I had to bear if I went forward with their correction plan. I backed off and searched for an alternative. Shall I tell you, iYogi was my alternative! The problems listed the local technicians were just mostly inflated ones, though there were a few genuine ones. What made the deal was their professional attitude and sound technical knowledge. They also charged nominal charges and I can’t ask for more. I have heard that they have an iyogi complaints form. I would like to share my experience with the company there!

    I never thought of iyogi as a dependable entity and thought they were a group of amateurs. It was last year. Many things have changed since then.     How does one check drivers online properly? I have tried to check the drivers myself, but there is more than one problem. I am using device driver for the process. One major problem I am facing is the system slows down considerably. On a few occasions, even the dreaded blue screen of death appeared. Can iyogi throw some lights on the problems I am facing?

    I have been an iyogi customer for more than a year now and can feel a gradual progress in their services. When I started out with iyogi, they were still an up-and-coming company with lots of potential. But, that potential is starting to reflect now through their high-quality remote support.     While searching for a MP3, I end up landing on a malicious website. When I tried to download the file, my computer showed message stating entrance of a Trojan in my PC.     I purchased a laptop recently as everyone in my family has its own machine. I was facing problems in connecting my laptop to the printer on my home network. Then while browsing the Web, I came across remote tech support provider iYogi. I dialled the toll-free number and was instantly connected to a tech support executive. the guy on the other side patiently listened my problem.     Hi, I wish to install a utility application on my PC one day from a trusted website. However, I was unable to download and install it on my machine. I called up one of my friends, but he too was unable to help me out. However, he suggested me to take the online help of iYogi. I browsed the Internet and came across the iYogi website, as I do not want to spend any amount, I decided to avail the free 30 minutes tech support offered by iYogi.     I own a laptop, on which my whole life is dependent. I cant think of a day without my laptop. One day my laptop started behaving in an erratic manner. It started shutting off frequently on its own. I could not understand the problem behind it.     I have found iyogi to be a one-stop shop for all my technical issues. Now I don’t have to call up individual customer care for every software or device I purchase. Just one phone call and all my problems are taken care of. It’s been 2 years with iyogi and they have helped me with all my queries.     I seriously thought iyogi complaints form will not be able to help me out… but you proved me wrong. I got my case resolved in 2 days.. that was pretty fast.. Moreover, the techie solved my problem quickly.. I don’t know why the first guy was not able to resolve my issue… but now its fixed and I’m more than happy…

    Like Marco, I also found rescue in iyogi… the blue screen issue made me crazy… while looking for solutions to my problem, I got to know about iyogi tech support. Honestly speaking, I just chanced upon their name. The technician on the other side of the phone pushed me hard to buy their stuff. But I politely said ‘no’. So I was transferred to a support technician who worked over to fix my problem.. they helped me fix my problem… thanks iyogi!!!

    I have used iyogi twice… they provide competent service. But every time you call them, they’ll start selling off their products… long sales pitch before finally transferring you to the technical team… is that really required? but the tech support is second to none.

    Iyogi has been taking care of my tech issues for years now. I find the techs very friendly and helpful… but at times they are slow and take a lot of time to fix the issue… I’ve tried others as well, but I found iyogi to be better than the rest… moreover, they keep improving themselves, which is a plus point.

    My girlfriend gifted me a brand new iPhone 4G. But, the problem was that I do not know how to use these advanced technology phones.     My Windows 7 machine was restarting, freezing, and was super slow. I contacted iyogi technician and took their on-site support. The technician visited my place, reinstalled Windows 7 again, and reinstalled all my software back. I was impressed by his quick response time.     iYogi technician sorted out my problem. My laptop showed blue screen error. On a friend’s suggestion, I called up iYogi for a quick fix.     I’ve used iYogi’s online chat. I wanted to install a utility software, but was not sure if the site was genuine. I did not want to end up installing a virus. So the double check if everything was in place, I started a session with a technician by clicking on the ‘Chat now’ button on their website. The technician carefully monitored the site, gave me a green signal, and also guided me about the additional benefits of that software. I liked his prompt support. Thank you!

    My McAfee had expired and my computer was having a number of virus threats. After spending some time on the Internet, looking for different antivirus solutions, I reached iYogi. Since I was not aware about what iYogi is all about, the technician who answered my call gave me a brief about it. He allowed me time to stress my fears out.     I recently purchased a laptop. I was very happy in owning one after such a long time. One day I thought of writing an urgent article on it. However, I observed that I was not much comfortable working on its compact keyword. So, I detached my desktop PC’s keyboard and connected it to my laptop. but, on hitting the keys of keyboard nothing happened. i called my brother, he said you better call up iyogi tech support as these guys are proficient in their tech support services. on taking the toll free number from him, i called iyogi and the technical expert of iyogi said you dont have the required drivers installed on your laptop. he helped me in installing the same on my laptop, and helped me work on my laptop using my PC’s keyboard.     The worst scenario in computing is unexpected shutdown and system crash issues. Once a while my laptop shows such errors; no matter how hard I try to decipher those error codes I can hardly read and figure out, let alone fixing those issues.     I purchased a second hand laptop from one of my friend who want to upgrade to another high-end laptop. The laptop was working fine. But one fine day while working on it, i noticed that it was becoming very hot. I was a bit worried that what happened. Immediately i remembered of reading somewhere on iyogi website that this can happen due to non-functining of air fan. I called iyogi tech support to ensure what else can be the reason behind overheating of my laptop. Once the reason of overheating was confirmed, the tech guy helped me in resolving the error.     Last week my laptop started behaving erratically. While working on it, it would suddenly go blank. Also, within 15 minutes of working on it, i would start feeling as if it is getting overheated. The sudden shut down was annoying me and i was getting irritated as i was losing the work. And each time it shuts down i have to start from scratch again. I thought of taking iyogi’s single support service and dialled their toll-free number. My problem was resolved with half an hour. In fact, it was the fan of my laptop that was not working properly and causing frequent shutdowns. Thanks iyogi for the timely help that allowed me to take a great sigh of relief.

    My daughter dropped my laptop off my study table. The local technician asked me to buy a new laptop instead of getting it repaired. I wanted to give a second try. I got to know about iYogi onsite support and booked an appointment with the technician. The very next day, iYogi engineer visited my place.     My laptop refused to start while I was out of town for an important meeting. Since I was new to the place, finding a reliable repair shop was out of question.     I was quite annoyed with the overheating problem of my laptop. Within 15 minutes of working on the laptop was resulting in frequent shutdowns. I was so irritated that it was becoming difficult for me to concentrate on my work. One of my collegues who had experienced the tech support services of iyogi suggested me to take help of iyogi.     Got in touch with iYogi through a technical forum. I wanted to get my computer scanned and install the latest antivirus on my PC. The technician quickly scanned my PC and detailed me about different antivirus software. After understanding my requirements, he installed McAfee on my PC. he also advised me to keep the software up to date by installing regular update… Life is peaceful now… Thank you iYogi!

    My system stopped responding while I was in office preparing for a meeting that was just an hour after. Panic stricken, I knew no way to revive my system from its deep sleep. On a friend’s recommendation, I called iyogi. I explained my woe to the technician, who quickly got into action. He took control of my PC and guided me through various diagnostic steps.     Whether blue screen, black screen, computer freezing or driver conflicts, thankfully I know there is a team of experts to look forward to. Signing up for annual technical support by iYogi team has been one of my wisest investments I have ever made, though I find if the subscription rate is a little more expensive than it should be quoted. But, at the end of the day I know I can turn to a team of experts from anywhere I am, when I need to check my iPhone or notebook.

    Got awesome tech support from iYogi! My computer was not booting properly… it used to hang in the middle of the startup process and then shut down automatically. I was quite upset and finally took help from iYogi technicians who did a great job to restore my computer back to the way it was functioning earlier… I’m relaxed and much happy now…

    I have been a long-time sufferer of computer startup issues before an iYogi technician took it over and help me pull through the problem. I have removed so many unwanted, unused and outdated programs and files from my PC, but it didn’t help. My PC would simply stand still like a corpse and used to annoy me like hell! However, iYogi guy helped by upgrading the BIOS and golden tips that I PC retains its old pace of performance!

    Iyogi is putting a great amount of efforts to help people facing technical glitches. They are instant, professional and smart. Although they are quite slow in fixing the problem. But that can be overlooked over their quality of work. You give life to computers. Amazing!

    iYogi has a very versatile and user-friendly customer support format. They allowed me to choose from their multiple plans to select my service length. Also, there are numerous ways to contact their service representatives.     My problem was blue screen error that stopped me from doing anything on my computer. Though I looked up to my technician friend for help, he was also not able to resolve the issue completely. Then, he suggested me to contact iYogi. Though I was a bit skeptical about remote tech support, he suggested me to give it a try. The technician on the other side of the phone was a knowledgeable guy who quickly detected the cause behind the error and resolved it completely. Though his accent was too hard to understand, I was happy that my problem was getting resolved. I would say, my experience with iYogi was ‘not bad’ at all.

    i am not saying that they are best computer repair company in the world.. but they repair my computer so quick…my story started when I was watching movie on my laptop and suddenly screen went o faint I even couldn’t see images properly…I found the toll free number of this company from google and called them , i explained the issue.. The girl on other side was so helpful. She checked my compute remotely and fixed it so quick. good karma

    I am looking for the solution to uninstall Windows operating system from a long period and since I wanted to do it myself therefore I didn’t take anybody’s help. Finally I landed on this page and it seems I can now easily uninstall the Windows OS. I will now install some other operating system and I am sure iYogi will help me in installing process as well.

    Last week I was over my friend’s house and to my utter embarrassment, I just couldn’t access mails and my PC was performing poorly. I got connected to iyogi and got on a call with their tech expert. The guy took remote access and over 3hrs. to fix the issue. But I must say; now I can access mails and the performance is much better. Good work overall!

    After using the computer for long, it starts heating as if I have placed it on a heating machine. After facing the same issue for long, I decided to take help from some online forum. While searching online, I came across iyogi reviews section that provided solutions to all sorts of PC problems. I went through the entire section and under the overheating issue; it was mentioned not to block the airflow of the PC while using the PC as the blockage of air only leads to overheating issue. I followed the instructions accordingly and the problem was resolved. It was really helpful. Now, whenever my PC faces any sort of issue, the first thing that I do is check iyogi reviews solution page.
