iTunes App Store and Google Play offer plentiful weight loss app options to choose from. Some are free while some other apps charge for download costs or sign up fees. Free or Lite versions may not cost my money, but, trying them for a considerable period may cost my confidence on my capability of shedding weight, for sure. On the other hand, the paid weight loss apps that promise added features and better quality than free services appear as smarter options to rely on. But, do those paid apps actually produce remarkable in real life (IRL) weight loss results? Not just me, several women including my friends and acquaintances are apprehensive about entrusting weight loss apps as a weight loss measure. Then, as I was pondering over how to verify the efficacy of apps in losing pounds, I came across something interesting… they are real life experiences of women like you and me. These women found rewarding results in controlling diet, losing weight, increasing their energy level, keeping them fit and fabulous. Feeling intrigued, I decided to delve in to those weight loss apps that may actually work for me, my friends and my readers.

Stacey Clover from Missouri has exclaimed that the My Fitness Pal iPhone weight loss app led her to lose over 100 pounds and also aided in maintaining her current svelte body contour.  “I’ve lost a lot of weight, a lot of body fat. I love being in the gym and seeing results.” she explains. Further she elaborates, “It makes me look back and see what I’ve eaten through the day”. She maintains it has helped her in tracking carb, protein, fat, sodium and sugar intake in a day so that she knows what she is eating and this has helped her in keeping off from gaining weight by moderating them, as required.

According to Clover, My Fitness Pal app assisted her to set a goal, input her weight, displayed nutritional values of foods she ate, showed the differences in her current and previous lifestyle choices and told her what made her gain and lose weight. Ain’t it amazing? The weight loss app also suggests over 350 exercises including cardio and strength to guide your weight loss regimens that work the best for you. Clover’s trainer recommends this app to everyone to use in unison with the gym workouts.
