From fashion giants like Ralph Lauren, Donna Karan, Mark Jacobs, Tommy Hilfiger, Rebecca Taylor, Lacoste to blooming birds of fashion are all set to stage their best of fall at the Lincoln Center in New York City. So do the bloggers, photobloggers, videobloggers and microbloggers to upload minute details of the event.
Events, remarks, slips, trends and celebrity presence – everything about the New York Fashion Week Fall 2012 is news. And each day of February 9, 2012 to February 16, 2012 will be flooded with news streams to highlight all these online – through blogging, microblogging, photo blogging and photo uploads, video uploads through individual lens. Even app developers are not behind to catch up on this fashion extravaganza.
I am hungry for more and more digital resources to get clearer picture of the event. Nonetheless, I am keeping an eye on Ftv.com to follow up the Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week Fall 2012. After all, I am no Rihana that I would roll out earnings of $100,000 with my front row presence and neither has an acquaintance to be able to manage a first row from the back at the Calvin Klein Women’s show. So I am keeping an eye on these online sources to spice up my fashion trend for this season and of course, to gratify my craving for fashion gossips with my gossip-peddler gang of girls.
Let me start with live video streams

YouTube has merged with Mercedes-Benz, the sponsor of the New York Fashion Week Fall 2012 and Maybelline to create a dedicated channel for the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week named ‘Live From the Runway’ to showcase over 25 fashion shows from the Fall 2012 Fashion Week. A broadcast schedule is displayed on the main page. I am waiting for catch up the live shows, behind the scenes, backstage drama on this YouTube channel. The best thing is that while travelling to work, I can catch up this channel from my mobile through its mobile optimized version. I will also check out Facebook pages of brands for live streaming what I will miss at YouTube.
