Are You Suffering from ‘Hourglass Syndrome’ on Your PC?

I have waited at the Starbucks café to fit me and my notebook at a corner, waited for nearly two to three hours to reserve a table for two at the Le Bernardin in NYC, queued to get in and then queued to get out of Empire State Building and then I have to wait looking at the spinning hourglass on my PC. My life seems to be perpetual trial of patience! Is it really ok to be patient and accept the delay? And you know how frustrating it is to watch the hourglass spinning on your computer. Fascinatingly enough, Intel has termed widespread problem of computer users as ‘Hourglass Syndrome’. And I am sure you too might have been suffered from this ‘Hourglass Syndrome’ due to which you have landed up in my discussion of finding ways of riddance of this syndrome. To begin with, I would suggest that you need not to accept it as there are many tools and ways.

Use of Registry Cleaner:

Do you know that uninstalling of programs process does not remove bad registry entries of those from Windows Registry? Hence, remaining registry keys cause registry errors and slow your PC. That’s why I use a registry cleaner called Wise Registry Cleaner.

Why you need it?

It helps eliminate these errors and accelerate the performance of Windows. It is free and my pet PC speed up tool! It scans for all bad registry keys, lets you keep or delete entries (whichever you want) also help restore the Windows Registry. You may also opt for a professional version of Wise Registry Cleaner, but it is not free.

Use of Disk cleanup:

I also keep a disk cleanup tool called CCleaner to clear the junk from my hard disk space. Well, the best part of it is that it is FREE and FAST.

Why you need it?

CCleaner is no lesser effective than my Clinique Acne Solutions Cleansing Foam and cleans to the maximum by eliminating all starting from Temporary Internet Files, browser history files (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Internet Explorer, Opera,), clipboard and all the junk files. Isn’t it cool?

Well, there are 3 more cool tricks to get rid of ‘Hourglass Syndrome’ from your computer that are –

  1. PC Optimizer
  2. Unload movies, pictures, MP3 files, PDFs and some documents from the hard disk space to Use of Flash drive
  3. Use TeraCopy to gear up file copying process

By keeping these tech tools handy and running them on your PC from time to time, you can surely keep ‘Hourglass Syndrome’ at bay. And then, if you find any problems further, I am all ears for you!
